The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing any concerns I had.

the staff was amiable and helped with the private parking. the location was good, overlooking garden. it took only 5 minutes to walk to seneca st & 8th ave bus stop.

The room smelt of smoke, the staff at the desk were rude, not helpful enough, needs to put on a warm smile for the paying customer.

Regarding the room itself I liked the spacious bathroom, the shutters, the practical desk, and wifi. I also liked the parking place and the restaurant offering multiple choices for entree, main dish and dessert.

The location quite hard to find. It annoyed me I had to object to paying for my room twice. And that credit-card still needed to be verified after the bill actually had been paid, without explanation.

The hotel is located in a pretty nice area and is very close to a golf course and a restaurant. the rooms are neat and come with a bathroom. the staff are friendly and welcoming. the cost is £58.

It was a convenient stopover on our journey into Italy with very helpful staff. We were impressed with the food (the fresh salad selection that accompanied our main course) which was just what we wanted at the end of a long journey.
